To use the application set the times you want the radio to turn off and on (mine is set to turn off at midnight and turn back on at 7:00 am), then press the start button

まだ試してないので何とも言えませんが、時刻指定で電源のオンオフができそうな感じですが。。。
追記）通話機能のオンオフですね(^^;
